Three ways in.

Most teams don't have a talent problem. They have a leverage problem: the hours go into handoffs, rework, waiting, and reporting instead of the work itself. Engagements start small because guessing is expensive. We find where the hours actually go first. If it's worth building, I build it. If it keeps paying off, I stay. You're never committed past the point where the value is clear.

01 / Leverage audit

Find where the hours actually go

A fixed-scope look at one workflow, or one "should we even use AI here" question, traced end to end. You get a ranked list: what's automatable, what it's worth, what the dependencies are, and what isn't worth touching, including the cases where the right answer is to build nothing at all. Short, bounded, and useful on its own even if we stop there.

ShapeAbout two weeks, fixed scope You getA ranked map of where the hours go, what each fix is worth, and a build or no-build call I needA few hours with the people who do the work, and one workflow traced end to end
02 / Build

Ship a working system

I design the fix and put it in production: automations, AI agents, LLM-backed tooling, and the measurement that proves it worked. The goal isn't a faster version of today. It's the same team operating at a different scale, with people staying in the loop wherever the work needs judgment. Real software that's documented and maintainable after I leave, not a prototype that impresses in a demo and rots in a month.

ShapeTypically four to eight weeks to production You getWorking software, documentation, and the measurement that proves it worked I needA technical point of contact and access to the systems the workflow runs on
03 / Embedded

Stay on as a fractional lead

For teams that need a senior AI and operations brain in the room without a full-time hire. I steer tooling, mentor the people building, and keep shipping, part-time, hands-on, and accountable for whether things actually work.

ShapeOne or two days a week, reviewed quarterly You getA senior AI and operations lead without the full-time hire I needA seat in the room where the decisions actually happen

I'll tell you when AI is the answer, and more importantly, when it isn't.

A lot of what I do is talk people out of expensive, fragile ideas and toward the boring thing that will still be running in a year. That honesty is the point. It's what makes the rest of the work worth trusting.

Send me the workflow that should scale and doesn't.
